€5,000 Discount Voucher Campaign

1.1. MARINE PETROL GROUP S.A. offers to clients, individuals and / or legal entities, who between April 15, 2022 at 09.00 - July 1, 2022 at 23:59 purchase a real estate / housing unit participating in the campaign, a fixed value discount voucher from the value of the following property to be purchased.

The number of vouchers issued will be 5,000 pcs. The value of a voucher will be 5,000 Euros.

1.2. The voucher can be used to buy a single building between April 15, 2022, 9.00 am - July 1, 2022, at 11.59 pm, under the conditions of this regulation.

1.3. The voucher will be sent free of charge to the visitors of the AXXIS NOVA stand during the Bucharest Real Estate Show, which will take place between April 15 and 17, 2022. The voucher does not apply to the Reservation Contracts of the housing units.

1.4. The discount to which the customer is entitled by using the Voucher will be used when signing a Sale-Purchase Promise.

1.5. The discount to which the client is entitled by using the Voucher is not cumulated with any other promotion or discount applied to the purchased property. Vouchers do not cumulate with each other.

1.6. This campaign is carried out for promotional purposes, in order to stimulate sales.



2.1. The campaign is organized by GRUP PETROL MARIN S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”) based in Constanţa, 18 Marcus Aurelius Street, Constanţa County, Romania, unique registration code RO7471838, registration number at the Trade Register J13 / 1755/1995, legally represented by Mr. Daniel- Ioan Cârstocea, as Administrator.



3.1 This campaign can be attended by any natural or legal person, resident or non-resident in Romania, over the age of 18, who purchases during the promotional period April 15, 2022 at 09.00 - July 1, 2022 at 23:59 products participating in the promotion, within available stock.



The housing units participating in the Campaign are listed on the Voucher.

2 or 3 room apartments located in the "Madrid" block, which is part of the AXXIS NOVA RESORT & SPA Residential Complex, available at the time of using the voucher.


The customer cannot receive the cash value of the vouchers.

Vouchers cannot be used in combination with vouchers from other campaigns.

The customer can use a voucher only once.

As of July 2, 2022, unused vouchers lose their validity.



The Organizer reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, not to grant the Voucher to persons who falsify the procedure for participation and / or operation of the Campaign, who violate these Regulations, who act in an unethical or disruptive manner or who are determined to act with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten or harass any person.

The use, in any way, of fraudulent methods of participating in the Campaign will invalidate the person's right to participate in the Campaign and will not be granted the related Voucher.

If, for any reason, this Campaign cannot be carried out as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, due to fraud, technical problems or any other cause which, in the opinion of the Organizer, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness , the integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. When the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made.



In no event will the Organizer be liable or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your participation in this Campaign.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the products and services offered by the Organizer, including this Campaign, are provided "as is", without additional warranty, either express or implied.



This Regulation is governed by Romanian law. If one of the clauses is declared null and void, the other clauses will not be affected and will continue to be valid and applicable in accordance with Romanian law. Any dispute arising out of these Regulations will be settled by the competent courts at the headquarters of the Organizer.



The customer cannot opt ​​to receive the value of the Voucher in cash or other objects nor can he request changes in the characteristics / value of the Voucher.



The applicable tax treatment is regulated by Law 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code.



The rules for participating in / carrying out the Campaign are available, free of charge, to any applicant (and / or participant) at the Organizer's headquarters, in Constanţa Municipality, 18 Marcus Aurelius Street, Constanţa County, Romania.



Force majeure is any event that cannot be controlled, remedied or foreseen by the Organizer, including the impossibility of the Organizer, for reasons beyond its control and whose occurrence determines its impossibility to fulfill its obligations under this Regulation.

If the above situation occurs or another force majeure occurs that prevents or delays in whole or in part the execution of the Regulation or the continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer will be exonerated from liability for fulfillment of obligations during the period in which the fulfillment of obligations will be prevented or delayed by law.



This Campaign may cease in the event of a force majeure event or in the event of a change in the legislative framework so that the organization and conduct of the Campaign involves an increase in the budget allocated to this project.



By this Official Regulation, the Organizer and the companies involved in the organization of the Campaign undertake to comply with the provisions of the legislation on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR") applicable from 25.05.2018.

The organizer acts as an operator according to GDPR regarding the processing of personal data of users who register for the Campaign.

The processing of personal data collected and used in the context of the organization and conduct of the Campaign will be governed by the rules described in these Regulations.

Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes (the specific legal basis for processing has been added in parentheses when detailing the purpose of processing personal data) on the basis of obtaining consent in accordance with art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR or of the legitimate interests in accordance with art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR):

• organizing and conducting the Campaign, offering and granting discounts on participating products;

• the use of the personal data of the buyer for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with the current offers within the campaign (consent of the data subjects);

• sending commercial communications for marketing purposes such as: offers regarding the Organizer's products, invitations to participate in contests, questionnaires or surveys and other similar communications (consent of data subjects);

• automatic processing, including profiling (consent of data subjects);

• payment of relevant taxes and contributions and reporting to the competent public authorities (legal obligation of the Organizer);

• in order to conclude and execute a contract that the data subject has concluded with the Organizer in order to participate in the Campaign, to resolve complaints and requests from customers, to resolve potential disputes submitted to the courts, to recover debts;

• resolving any complaints regarding the organization and conduct of the Campaign and granting the mentioned discounts;

• the implementation of the provisions of the Rules for defense in court and / or other judicial or administrative proceedings, including the investigation of possible violations, the performance of various reports, analyzes and statistical studies on organized marketing campaigns and their success (legitimate interest of the Organizer or Partner);

• Archiving activities, if required by law (legal obligation of the Organizer).

If the consent of the data subjects constitutes the legal basis for the processing of personal data, the data subjects have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If any participant in the campaign withdraws his consent for the processing of personal data for promotional and advertising purposes, the Organizer will cease such processing without affecting other personal data processing operations that are done on other legal grounds. Participants who refuse to communicate or withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data necessary to participate in the Campaign will not be eligible to participate in this campaign.

Source and recipients of personal data

The organizer may disclose personal data to:

• Its partners, acting either as operators or as authorized persons, to the notaries public / lawyers appointed to provide assistance for the organization and development of the Campaign.

• Other companies in the Group

• Providers of services related to marketing activities

• Public authorities or other categories of recipients, including other Group companies, if the disclosure is based on an appropriate legal basis (such as a legal obligation, consent or legitimate interest)

Data retention time

Personal data shall be kept as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with internal data retention procedures, including applicable archiving rules.

For example, personal data collected for the purpose of the Campaign will be stored for the duration of the Campaign plus an additional period of at least 8 years.

Regarding the data of the buyers for whom we have various obligations to report and pay the taxes and duties, they will be kept for the entire archiving period according to the financial-accounting rules.

The rights of data subjects

According to the law, the data subjects benefit from a series of rights.

Starting with the date of entry into force of the GDPR, the persons concerned benefit from the following rights:

a. Right of access: data subjects have the right to obtain from the Operator confirmation that they process their personal data, as well as information on the specifics of processing such as: purpose, categories of personal data processed, recipients of data, period for which data are retained, existing the right to rectify, delete or restrict the processing. This right allows them to obtain a free copy of the personal data processed, as well as any additional copies for a fee;

b. Right of rectification of data: data subjects have the right to request the modification of their incorrect personal data or, as the case may be, the completion of data that are incomplete.

c. Right of deletion: data subjects have the right to request the deletion of their personal data when:

d. They are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed;

e. They have withdrawn their consent for the processing of personal data and the Operator can no longer process them on other legal grounds;

f. Personal data are processed against the law;

g. Personal data must be deleted in accordance with the relevant legislation;

h. In case of contesting the correctness of the personal data, for a period that allows the Operator to verify the accuracy of these data;

i. If the processing is illegal and the data subjects object to the deletion of personal data, requesting in return the restriction of their use;

j. If the Operator no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but the data subjects request them for an action in court;

k. If the data subjects have objected to the processing, for the period of time in which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the Operator prevail over their rights as data subject.

Withdrawal of consent and right of opposition: data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent at any time regarding the processing of personal data processed on the basis of consent. They may also object at any time to processing for marketing purposes, including profiling performed for this purpose, as well as processing based on the legitimate interest of the Operator, for reasons related to their specific situation.

Restriction: data subjects have the right to request the restriction of data processing in the following situations:

Right to portability: to the extent that personal data are processed by automated means, data subjects have the right to request the Operator to provide personal data in a structured form, frequently used and which can be read automatically. If the data subject so requests, the Operator may transmit their personal data to another entity, if technically possible.

This Regulation is in accordance with the provisions of national law and the legislation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

Claims regarding the products or services involved in the Campaign after the end of the Campaign in accordance with these Regulations will not be considered and will not represent the responsibility of the Organizer.

In case of attempt or fraud of the Campaign system, abuse or any deeds that affect the image of the Organizer, he reserves the right to take all necessary measures to remedy the situation.

The Organizer will take all necessary measures to carry out the Campaign under normal conditions according to the above, but will not assume responsibility for complaints, appeals of participants that do not aim at violating the legal framework in force.
